Located on the corner of Hamilton Square, the building is being sold through Venmore Auctions on September 2.
It currently generates a rental income of £47,400 per year from multiple tenants and is described as an "impressive ready-made investment."
The building, which overlooks formal gardens features smoke and fire alarms and includes a dumb waiter serving the ground floor and basement.
According to Venmore, the basement comprises five rooms, a strong room, office / kitchen, WCs, and storage.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance vestibule, reception office with dumb waiter, boardroom, inner hall, and two additional offices.
