A HOUSEBUILDER is celebrating 10 years near Ellesmere Port with a £5,000 community fund for donations.

Redrow has launched a community fund to celebrate its 10th year at Ledsham Garden Village.

The fund is made up of 10 x £500 donations to support local groups, schools, charities and worthy causes serving Ledsham.

This fund aims to empower and strengthen the community around Redrow’s Ledsham Garden Village by providing financial aid to projects that make a difference.

Amanda Jones, head of sales at Redrow NW, said the milestone is worth celebrating.

She said: “Reaching our 10th year at Ledsham is a milestone we are very proud of.

“Over the past decade, we’ve not only built homes but helped shape a thriving community.

“Launching this new community fund is our way of giving something back by supporting local initiatives and ensuring this area continues to grow and flourish for years to come.”

Previous Redrow funding across the North West has helped schools, charities, youth groups, sports teams and individuals at the very heart of the community, providing a range of resources.

Once complete Ledsham Garden Village, located off Ledsham Road, near Little Sutton, will feature around 2,000 properties from the homebuilder’s award-winning Heritage across three phases – Hawthorn Court, Sycamore Green and Oaklands, along with a brand new Tesco Express that has recently opened its doors.
