TWO people have been charged with drug supply offences following an incident in Rock Ferry.
At around 3.10pm on Tuesday (October 22), police on patrol noticed a man acting suspiciously on St Peter’s Road.
After a stop-search they found a large sum of money and a burner phone and the man was arrested.
Later a further search was carried out at a nearby flat where crack cocaine, heroin and cannabis were discovered.
Kieron Lunt, 25, from Downham Road, Tranmere, and Rebecca Roberts, 38, of Pearl Drive in Rock Ferry have been charged with possession of a controlled B drug, cannabis, and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, crack cocaine and heroin.
They are due to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today (Wednesday, October 23).
