POLICE are looking to speak to a man following an assault in Liverpool city centre.

At around 10pm on Tuesday, July 9, a man was assaulted in Great Charlotte Street, sustaining a stab wound to the back.

The victim is now recovering from his injuries.

Detectives now want to speak to 31-year-old Zac Dillon as he may have information in connection with the alleged assault.

Dillon is described as white, 5ft 2in tall, of slim build, with dark brown hair and blue eyes.

Extensive enquiries have been ongoing to locate him.
