POLICE have released nine more CCTV images after violent disorder in Merseyside.
Detectives are this morning (Friday, August 16) issuing images of nine more people who may have information following incidents of disorder in Merseyside.
Officers and members of the public were injured and damage was caused to police vehicles and buildings in the city centre after widespread violence broke out.
Detective Chief Inspector Tony Roberts said: "As with previous images, we want to speak to all of those pictured as soon as possible, as we think they could assist our ongoing investigations, which continue apace.
"Please contact us with names and the corresponding number on the image and we will do the rest.
“We would encourage anyone with information to contact us via Public Portal (mipp.police.uk) or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
