A MONTHLY market is set to launch in Oxton Village later this month.
Upto 30 local producers will showcase their products at the RAFA Club on Shrewsbury Road in Oxton on the last Sunday of the month, between 9am-1pm. The first market will be open on July 28.
Among the range of items on sale will be fresh fruit and veg, award-winning sausages, homemade Indian food, authentic Lebanese foods, chocolates, wines and arts and crafts.
A spokesperson for the organisers told the Globe: "This is set to be an amazing community event which will provide the whole village and surrounding local areas to come together shop quality local produce and support small businesses."
