LEES Lane in Little Neston is blocked both ways and there is heavy traffic following a crash involving a 12-tonne lorry earlier this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 2pm to reports that a Heavy Goods Vehicle had swerved to a avoid a collision and ended up on its side,
The incident is affecting traffic travelling from Bendee Avenue to A540 Chester High Road.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said a recovery team was at the scene.
They added that the incident was causing queuing traffic, but there are no reports of any injuries.
