A woman accused of using threatening behaviour towards a man will face trial this summer.
Dee Munroe, 68, pleaded not guilty to being abusive and using insulting words or behaviour towards David Gareth Evans when she appeared in the dock at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 23.
The prosecution says she caused the alleged victim harassment, alarm and distress at her home in Dolybont, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant on August 22 last year.
She denies the charge because she claims it was "reasonable conduct in the circumstances".
Chair of the magistrates' bench Nerys Jones fixed a trial, which is expected to last six hours, for July 1 at the court in Welshpool.
Munroe was given conditional bail not to contact Mr Evans.
