A SURVEY that aims to help shape the "future strategy and direction" of Wirral Met College has been launched.

Open to all College staff, students, local employers and Wirral residents, it explores perceptions of places to work and study and is described as "an opportunity for individuals to voice their opinions on what matters most to them in an educational provider".

By participating in this short survey, community members "will play a pivotal role in forming the values, purpose and brand image of Wirral Met".

Gill Banks, the college's principal and chief executive, said: "As the largest educational provider in Wirral we recognise the importance of community feedback to drive positive change.

"This survey is an invaluable opportunity for us to better understand the needs and expectations of our current students and staff as well as local residents, allowing us to create a strategy for the college that will best serve the community.".

As an incentive for participation, respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of three £100 prizes.

The survey will remain open until 9am Monday, April 29. To take part, visit https://research.shift-insight.co.uk/wirral
