WIRRAL Council has issued a clean-up update after flooding and disruption caused by Storm Kathleen.

Following the flooding caused by Storm Kathleen this week, council teams and contractors have been out across the borough to clear up and make the areas safe.

The extremely high winds combined with higher than usual tides on Tuesday, April 9 left a lot of debris particularly in the areas of New Brighton, West Kirby and Hoylake.
