AN INDOOR go-karting track has reopened following a refurbishment.

TeamSport Go Karting in Liverpool has been revamped with the introduction of of a cutting-edge 475-meter E-karting track. The venue now offers a fleet of sustainable state-of-the-art electric karts.

The venue has also introduced Combat Karts track where gaming meets karting, providing a nostalgic nod to the beloved 90s karting video games.

Dom Gaynor, CEO of TeamSport, said: "We are delighted to unveil our newly electrified and fully refurbished Liverpool track this Easter.

“With 50% of our estate now electric, including tracks in Reading, Newcastle, Warrington, Brighton, Eastleigh, and more, we are well on our way to achieving our goal of complete electrification by the end of 2026.

“Our investment extends beyond traditional karting, as we introduce Combat Karts, a fantastically fun karting game that captures the essence of classic video game nostalgia. Combined with our remodeled track and state-of-the-art electric karts, this reimagined venue offers an unparalleled racing experience."

The revamped venue doesn't stop at racing excitement. Guests can enjoy a fully refurbished bar and kitchen, featuring a new menu and Sky Sports coverage, creating the perfect setting to unwind and celebrate victories.

The extended spectator area now hosts a range of activities, including arcade games, duck pin bowling, and pool tables, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.
