A MERSEYSIDE science play centre is offering Easter activities this half term.

Liverpool’s Imagine That! is inviting families to pack as much fun as possible into the Easter holidays.

Children can discover everything a pirate can desire as pirates revenge continues for the school break.

From getting hands-on in the pirate-themed slime to making your own ‘buccaneer bath bombs’ in the science lab, there’s so much to do.

Imagine That! offers children aged 10 and under the chance to experience the magic of science.

Youngsters can explore four zones – Imagination Village, Artbeatz, Bright and Slime Factory – at the centre, located on Wavertree Technology Park.

And, for the grown-ups, there are plenty of opportunities to join in plus free parking and the chance to leave all the mess away from home.

Manager Abby Wallace said: “We love the school holidays here at Imagine That! because it means we get to see whole families having fun together.

“And we are especially excited about the Easter holidays because we are continuing with our Pirates Revenge theme, which is really popular.

“There’s so much fun to be had – whether it’s your first visit to Imagine That! or if you are returning because you love all our usual fun, like exploring Imagination Village, playing in huge vats of slime, the interactive science exhibits or painting a real car!

“And no one leaves empty handed because everything is included in the ticket price. So everything our young swashbucklers make on the day, they get to take home as a reminder of their fun-filled day of activities, water play and crazy science workshops.”

Easter holidays at Imagine That! run from Thursday, March 28 to Sunday, April 14.

Tickets include a three-hour journey that runs weekends and every day during the Easter holidays (except Easter Sunday) and must be booked in advance. For more information including a 60 second walkthrough video, visit www.imaginethat.org.uk or call 0151 228 2175.
