POLICE are appealing for help in finding a missing teenager who has links to Wirral.
Leona Derbyshire, 17, was last seen in the Kensington area of Liverpool last night (Thursday, March 8).
Officers have said they are “increasingly concerned about her welfare”.
Leona is white, slim, with brown shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a long black coat, and grey and white Belenciaga trainers.
She is known to frequent areas across Wirral, including Birkenhead, and Huyton.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “If you see Leona, please call 999 so we can make sure she is safe.
“You can also pass on sightings of Leona via our form:https://www.merseyside.police.uk/ro/report/mp/v2/add-something-reported-missing/ or any other information to @MerPolCC or 101.”
