Investigation underway

An investigation is underway including witness, CCTV and forensic enquiries are being carried out.

Community Inspector Sharon Robinson said: "Business burglaries are not a victimless crime, as it has a negative impact on our local economy and community.

"We have increased patrols in the area to detect criminality and enquiries are ongoing in order to keep our communities safe.

"We encourage people to come forward if you know anything about suspected burglary and the sale of stolen goods where you are. We’ll act on all information provided.

"I would like to appeal to residents to check their CCTV and doorbell footage to see if it may have captured anything which may help with our enquiries and contact us so we can bring the offender to justice.

"If you have any information no matter how small or irrelevant you may think it is please pass it on to us as it could be what we need to identify them."
