EIGHT people have been arrested after patrols in Bidston, Seacombe and Leasowe.
On Thursday (November 17) officers made a number of arrests and seized Class B drugs, a suspected clones vehicle and a stolen motorbike while on patrol.
Among those arrested were two men, aged 31 and 53, for breaching the conditions of their court bail, a man, aged 33, on suspicion of drink-driving, two boys, aged 15, on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, a woman, aged 26, on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug and a man, aged 27, on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Those arrested were taken to a police station for questioning.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “Anyone with information about crime in their area is urged to call Merseyside Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
