A PUB in Neston has recently been taken over by a new manager.
Jason Williams, from Blackpool, has spent his career managing pubs and hotels across the country.
On October 1, Jason moved with his partner Ste (chef at the pub) from Blackpool and took over management at The Lady Hamilton, on Henley Road.
Speaking to the Globe, he said: "It took a lot of hard work and a lot of cleaning, but we wanted to get the pub up to standard and what the customers expect.
"It definitely feels like a pub again."
The pub will be serving food from 3pm-8pm, with a carvery available on a Sunday from 12pm-5pm.
They will also have curry nights on a Monday and steak nights on a Tuesday.
Events will include karaoke nights, bingo nights, live entertainment at the end of each month, and bingo for the OAPs from 1pm on a Friday.
The Lady Hamilton is also family and dog friendly.
The 54-year-old added: "It's a community pub, and we're listening to our customers to see what they want and how they want it to be.
"The reviews and comment have been outstanding since we've come here.
"People have said they haven't been in here for months but now they know we're here for good."
Jason and Ste are yet to explore the area as they "haven't had much time off" but they look forward to in the near future.
"I love everything about the pub and hotel industry", Jason said.
"Getting up in the morning and then seeing my customers happy is a really nice feeling and everyone has had such positive attitudes toward us."
