HALLOWEEN is fast approaching and you may be wondering what spooky events are taking place in Wirral.

There are so many things happening across Wirral that you can get involved in to make you scream and laugh.

We have compiled a list of Halloween events taking place in Wirral throughout October.

Church Farm Family Fright Festival 

From September 30 to October 29 Church Farm in Thurstaston are hosting their Family Fright Festival.

Tickets are from £7 for a full-day. Half-day passes and family ticketsa re also available.

There is also skull search activity pack's (£3.95) available to enhance your visit with puzzles around the farm, a pumpkin patch, barrel train rides (£1.50 per person) and the usual farm animals.

Moonlight flicks, Claremont Farm

Claremont Farm in Bebington will be putting up its big screen to show spooky films for all the family.

There will be a season of four Halloween favourites, including fright-filled family favourites and blood-curdling cult classics.

The movie details are: 

October 27: ParaNorman at 6pm and Beetlejuice at 9pm

October 28: Hocus Pocus at 6pm and 28 days later at 9pm

Halloween Murder Mystery at Leasowe Castle

Leasowe Castle are hosting a Halloween Murder Mystery event for an evening of entertainment.

The event will begin at 7pm, with the first scene at 8pm. Dinner will be served at 8.15pm and the event will finish at 10pm with a DJ until midnight.

An accommodation package is £260 per couple, which is based on a double room, two tickets and breakfast.

Wirral Joint Services haunted event

Wirral Joint Services are hosting their very own haunted event on Saturday, October 28.

You can have a ghostly burger or a witches finger hot dog or a wacky potion.

There will be an SEN session running from 3pm to 4pm which is £2 per child. There will then be another event at 5pm to 8pm, which is also £2 per child.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

ParentFolk Spooky Social

ParentFolk’s Spooky Social is coming to Wirral for some spookylicious family fun.

On Sunday, October 29, there will be a morning event from 10.30am to 1pm or an afternoon session at 2pm to 4.30pm.

The family 'Halloween bash' will take plce at The Mouse at Brimstage.

Tickets include live entertainment, pop-up halloween craft workshops and storytelling welly walks.

The sessions will round off with a monster ball rave where all alike can party together.

This is an outdoor event, but the team will have various weatherproof infrastructure in place. Craft activities and pop-ups will be under additional event covers or permanent covers.

Glorified: Halloween at Future Yard

Shake off the cobwebs, conjure up your best outfit and bring yourself back from the dead to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with Glorified.

Some of the best plus size performers will kick the spooky season off with horror drag, burlesque, comedy and suspense.

Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be given to the best ones.

VIP tickets include reserved first and second-row seats and bag filled with tricks and treats.
