POSTCODE Lottery players in Ellesmere Port are celebrating today (Tuesday, October 10) after a specific area was selected among the winners of the daily jackpot.
Players within the lucky postcode, CH66 4NA which is located on Glencoe Road in Great Sutton, will take home £1000 courtesy of the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust.
The People's Postcode Lottery manages draws for 20 postcode trusts, giving players the chance to win every day of the month.
Player pay £12 a month, which entitles them to be entered into all draws, with prizes ranging from £1000 to £1m. A third of their monthly ticket price is then given to good causes and charities across the country.
To date, the Postcode Lottery has raised more than £1bn for charitable causes.
