Get your ticket to set sail on a 50-minute River Explorer Cruise from Liverpool Gerry Marsden (Pier Head) Ferry Terminal or Seacombe Ferry Terminal and see Liverpool and Wirral’s "historic and picturesque waterfront" on this sightseeing cruise.

You will learn facts about Mersey Ferries' connection to The Beatles and hear about their four performances on The Royal Iris at The Cavern Club’s famous Riverboat Shuffle Cruises in 1961 and 1962.

What is The Beatles Story?

Located just a short walk from Liverpool Gerry Marsden (Pier Head) Ferry Terminal is The Beatles Story exhibition at The Royal Albert Dock.

The Beatles Story tells the whole story from the forming to the break-up of the 'Fab Four' and features a collection of "fascinating authentic memorabilia" including George Harrison’s first guitar, John Lennon’s last piano, Ringo Starr’s drum kit, rare album sleeves, never-before-seen photography and original handwritten lyrics.

The "immersive journey" goes through the lives of The Beatles. You walk through replicas of key locations and moments from the band’s career including Hamburg, The Cavern Club and Abbey Road Studios.

The attraction’s Discovery Zone offers fun craft activities for children of all ages at weekends and school holidays.
