A PUB located in Neston's town centre has gone up for sale.
The Greenland Fishery on Parkgate Road was listed for sale on Right Move in July for a price of £395,000.
In December, a social media post on the pub's Facebook confirmed that the previous manager Sandy was leaving the pub, and a new manager, Julie, was taking over.
It is unclear why the pub has been listed for sale at this time.
The property comprises a detached three-storey building (above basement) of brick-rendered elevations, which sits beneath pitched slate roofs and single-storey felt flat roofs covering extensions to the rear elevation.
Externally, to the side and rear of the property are trade patios consisting of 40 covers as well as a substantial car park at the rear of the premises. Overall the site extends to 0.207 acres.
The venue, which has been listed by Savills, has first-floor living accommodation providing two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Attic accommodation providing storage. The basement is a beer cellar and stores.
It is also Grade II listed and within Neston Conservation Area.
