One reviewer wrote: “An absolute must when visiting Liverpool. Fascinating building, staff always super friendly. We only manage to visit 2 or 3 times a year. Just as well not our local otherwise we would be in ever night!”

Another wrote: “Great place for a drink , decent selection of real ales , prices are in line with the area and service is excellent. Quirky building with nice courtyard to the front entrance area. Highly recommend a visit if you haven’t already.”
