Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays have launched flights and holidays from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The tour operator and airline have put 20 destinations on sale for summer 2024 from the airport.

The programme includes seven destinations that are exclusive to Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays from Liverpool.

Jet2.com’s first flight from the airport will depart on March 28, 2024 ahead of the Easter holidays.

In their first summer of operations at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays are expected to operate up to 54 weekly flights, including 12 flights to both the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands every week.

Four based aircraft will fly customers to a range of destinations across Mainland Spain, Greece, Turkey and more.

Initially, the arrival of Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays at the airport will create more than 200 jobs with positions available across flight deck, cabin crew, engineering, and ground operations.

The programme represents 565,000 seats on sale with multiple weekly flights to many destinations.

The Jet2 ‘VIP customer service’ is said to include friendly flight times and a 22kg baggage allowance through a flight only booking with Jet2.com.

Customers also get the same ‘VIP customer service’ along with 2-5 star accommodation, in-resort Customer Helpers, transfers, free child places and ATOL protection through a package holiday booked with Jet2holidays.

Holidays can be booked direct via the Jet2Holidays website or by calling the Contact Centre or through an independent travel agent.

As well as package holidays through Jet2holidays, customers can choose packages through Jet2Villas, Indulgent Escapes, VIBE by Jet2holidays and Jet2CityBreaks.
