A MAN was taken to hospital after he tried to chase a group of youths away who were throwing food at his car.
At around 4.46pm on Sunday, February 19, police were called to reports of anti-social behaviour in Kinsey Road, Ellesmere Port.
It was reported that a group of children were throwing food at cars outside of McDonalds in Cheshire Oaks.
A man attempted to chase the youths away and fell over in the process, sustaining minor injuries.
He was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital for further checks.
Cheshire Police have confirmed enquiries in relation to this incident are currently underway.
