A NESTON theatre company is urging people to help them reach their fundraising goal in order to help them remain open for another year.

Little Actors Theatre Company runs workshops for young people and over 50s.

Founded by Artistic Director, Samantha Giblin, the company became a not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee in 2010 and is now a Registered Charity.

They also have adult dance and drop-in craft sessions and more recently became a  warm space so anyone can drop in for a chat and cup of tea.

The group specialises in providing community-based performing arts activities for children, young people and adults.

Little Actors has three weeks to hit their goal of £5,291 in order to keep their space at Neston Town Hall and be able to purchase more equipment such as lighting.

If the group doesn't hit their target, they will lose their space, due to not being able to afford the rent.

'We just need one last push to reach that target'

Samantha Giblin, artistic director of Little Actors, said: "Our recent Cheshire West Crowdfund is racing towards its conclusion but we are still about £1000 short of reaching our target.

"This is an all-or-nothing project so if we don’t reach our target we lose it all.

"CWaC has pledged approximately 70% of the target so far, with other generous donations from our clients and the public. We are very grateful for this financial support.

"We just need one last push to reach that target.

"As the crowdfunding is mostly to cover our rent, its success would mean we are secure in our space for an additional 12 months so that we can keep on being open for the community.

"Any help would be very much appreciated."
