AN AIR ambulance was sent to a scene after a man was reportedly injured on a construction site in Rock Ferry.
Police, ambulance, firefighters, and a helicopter were spotted at the scene on New Chester Road in Rock Ferry at around 12.57 today, Wednesday, August 24.
A man has been taken to hospital.
The Globe understands the man’s injuries are not as serious as forst thought.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue told the Globe: “We were alerted to an incident on New Chester Road, Rock Ferry at 12.57.
“Two fire engines plus the search and rescue team were on scene at 13.01.
“Crews assisted North West Ambulance Service and left the scene at 13.59.”
A spokesperson from North West Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 12.46 and sent an air ambulance and road ambulance.
“We took one patient to hospital via road ambulance.”
