NESTON town council is giving the local community a chance to be actively involved in the council's future direction and strategy.

An extensive consultation on the council's draft Corporate Strategy 2022-2025 has been set up.  

It is an opportunity to let the council know what is important to you and what you want the Local Council to focus on.

The draft Strategy sets out the council's vision, aims and priorities over the next three years, to improve Neston for the benefit of residents, businesses and visitors.  

The Strategy proposes to provide a number of services directly and also commits to working in partnership with the local community, other public bodies such as Cheshire West and Chester Council and the Police, as well as acting as an advocate for the Town.

There will be three drop-in events at the town hall to have your say:

  • Tuesday, 16th August from 6pm to 7pm
  • Tuesday, 30th August from 12 noon to 5pm
  • Wednesday, 31st August from 9am to 12 noon

Alternatively, the documents are available at various venues in our area such as Neston Library, Little Neston Post Office, at the Neston Community and Youth Centre. The questionnaire can also be completed by calling at the Councillors’ weekly surgeries at Neston Library. 

You can also call to Neston's weekly Friday Market, where council staff can assist you in accessing the consultation.
