In the past year, the group has made Burton village their home, putting on a Christmas show and helping the area celebrate the Queen's platinum jubilee.

A donation to Parkgate Pony Sanctuary and Gladstone Village Hall was made from the Christmas show.

On September 25 a Pops to Proms afternoon tea will be put on by Theatre 4 All at Gladstone Village Hall showcasing the music of the Queen’s jubilee.

The cast has decided to use this event to raise money for William Magee a young man living with the life limiting condition Duchenne’s and Gladstone Village Hall.

Tickets for the afternoon tea are £12 full price and £10 concessions available by contacting Theatre4all.nw@gmail.com or ringing 07969040767.

Other productions are planned, including a Christmas Show and a pantomime in January.

Open auditions for the pantomime are to be held soon.

In the meantime, Theatre 4 All is looking for new members to join them in front on the stage and behind the scenes, especially men.

A spokesman said: "We are an open welcoming group who encourage all to take part and do what they are comfortable with.

"We see ourselves as a team supporting each other to develop.

"So do come along every Sunday to Gladstone Village Hall between 4pm and 6pm."
