FIRE crew were called out to an incident in Ellesmere Port on Wednesday evening.
At 19:54pm the crew attended the scene at Bateman Close, Ellesmere Port.
One fire engine from Ellesmere Port was in attendance.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue have confirmed that the fire in the woodland is believed to have been started deliberately.
The crew used a water backpack to put out the fire and asked police to attend.
Cheshire Police have been contacted and confirmed that the incident involved a bike.
