A council spokesperson said: "'Party in the Park' marks the launch of the new Neighbourhood Youth Model for Wirral’s Youth and Play Service which does an amazing job for young people right across Wirral.
"The service offers a range of activities for young people aged 11 to 19 years (and 20-25 for young people with disabilities) from all backgrounds, and provides a safe space for young people to be themselves meet and socialise with friends and participate in positive opportunities to learn, develop, grow, have a voice and be inspired while having a good time too."
