A VARIETY of properties across Wirral are set to be put on auction next month.

A catalogue of 23 properties will be on auction with Smith and Sons which range from refurbishment, residential and commercial investments, a development site in Heswall and properties ready to move into.

Kingdom Hall in the centre of Heswall offers development potential with a guide of £150,000 - £200,000.

The site is said to be suitable for continued commercial use or alternatively could have development potential with a site area of some 647 sq metres. 

Chris Johnson, Auctioneer at Smith and Sons said: “We have a number of refurbishment opportunities which have proved very popular in recent auctions offered at very attractive guides.

“The investments provide attractive yields with the opportunity to increase the rental income.  

“The wider property market remains buoyant and we expect to see strong interest and plenty of activity in this current sale.”

There are a number of residential investment opportunities throughout Wirral and several three and four bedroomed properties modernisation are being offered for rental, owner occupation or sale following refurbishment.

A semi-detached property with accommodation on three levels and comprising two self-contained flats on Hydro Avenue in West Kirby is guided at £325,000 – £350,000 whilst a large three-storey property again in two flats overlooking Central  Park in Liscard is guided at a realistic £120, 000 - £140,000.
