MERSEY Ferries are set to return with a new lineup of summer events including ABBA and drag queen cruises.

The popular evening cruises will return on Friday, April 22 starting with an 80s party cruise and an ABBA night which will give ticket-holders the chance to see stunning views of Liverpool and Wirral while they dance to live music, DJs and tribute bands.

The programme has a range of offers to meet all musical tastes and includes A Night at the Movies Party Cruise, 90s Party Cruise, Funnyboyz Drag Queen Cruise, Take That Tribute Night, and an Evening Cruise with Callum Mac.

New for 2022 the Liverpool Bay Cruises set sail on Saturday 11 June throughout the summer.

During the three-hour cruise, passengers will be able to experience the breathtaking scenery of their surroundings.

Blue Badge Guides will provide expert commentary, giving fascinating insights into the history and geography of the River Mersey and Liverpool Bay.

This special sightseeing cruise will also offer passengers the chance to see Anthony Gormley’s spectacular Another Place art installation at Crosby Beach from another angle.

As passengers enjoy the panoramic views of the river, they will be entertained by live music from a local group, The Shanty Kings.

A fully licensed bar will be open throughout the cruise, with snacks and drinks available to buy. Tickets are priced at £20.00.
