The Rolling Stones have announced they will be performing across the UK and Europe this summer with a 60th-anniversary tour.

And the iconic rock band will be coming to Liverpool for a show at the Anfield Stadium.

The Liverpool show is taking place on Thursday, June 9 and you can get pre-sale tickets now.

The tour will mark the band's first outing since the legendary drummer Charlie Watts's passing in August 2021.

Sharing the exciting news on their Instagram Keith Richards said: "Sorry to keep you all hanging around, but the waiting is over, I’ve always said the best place for rock and roll is on being on stage with the Stones and this year is very special."
