"She was such an amazing woman with such a clean heart who had so much love to give. Anyone she met she had a huge impact on and a smile that would light up any room. An inspiring woman who had so much life to live and goals to achieve, she has left so many with empty hearts. Paige lost her life on Sunday 17th October in a tragic accident.

"We are coming to help her amazing family at this heartbreaking time. Any donations will be such a massive help and her family and friends will be eternally grateful. Let’s give our angel the send off she deserves."

She was down to earth, kind, caring wild, funny and just a beautiful person. Anyone who met her always commented how stunning she was and so nice to everyone she meet."

Queensway tunnel remained close for the majority of Sunday and did not reopen until the evening as officers dealt with the incident.

Matrix Inspector Mark Worrell said: “Our thoughts go out to the family of the woman who died and those who were injured in this collision.

“The incident is currently under investigation and I would ask anyone who saw anything prior to the collision which could assist our enquiries to get in touch.

“It is believed that prior to entering the tunnel the Audi had been in collision with another vehicle on the Hunter Street roundabout. We are currently examining a number of lines of enquiry.
