MOUNT Pleasant Road in Wallasey is currently closed as emergency services deal with an ongoing incident.
Police, fire fighters and an ambulance crew were called to the scene at around 11.55am to reports of concerns for the safety of a man in flats.
A cordon is in place and Sandbrook Close has also been closed, but a number of roads surrounding Mount Pleasant Road remain open for alternative routes.
Sutton Road, Rake Lane, Sandrock Road and Quarry Park remain open while police and fire crews stay at the scene.
