WIRRAL rocker Miles Kane has confirmed a 16-date tour of the UK in support of his forthcoming fourth solo album.

Kane, who grew up in Meols, will begin his run of shows in January 2022 with the gigs including a headline slot a London’s legendary Roundhouse, and concluding with a homecoming gig at Liverpool’s O2 Academy in February.

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday September 10 from mileskane.com/live

Kane, 35, announced his new album, Change The Show last month, and also shared its first single, Don’t Let It Get You Down.

A follow up to 2018’s top ten effort, Coup De Grace, the record is set to drop on January 21, 2022.

“This album was born out of an intense period of self-reflection; having all this unexpected time on my hands,” said Kane. “I wrote songs about big highs, big lows, daydreams, true friends and deep feelings. I learnt to let the future unfold of its own accord, while staying true to myself and that has led to what feels to me like a really uplifting album!”

Last year Kane released an album with his Jaded Hearts Club supergroup, which also includes Muse’s Matt Bellamy and Blur’s Graham Coxon in its line-up.
