Woodside Ferry Village’s popular Independent Market is transforming into a food-lovers paradise this weekend and it all kicks off today.

Running from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 July (11am-6pm) the rustic market village will play host to some of the region’s finest makers, bakers and food heroes.

The festival, which is sponsored by Carlsberg Marston’s Beer Company, is set to be the highlight of the Wirral foodie calendar and one of the busiest weekends yet at the popular riverside food and drink hub.

Woodside CIC Managing Director Sharon Stanton said: "We are all big foodies here at Woodside and we are so passionate about showcasing some of the incredible foodie talent we have here on Wirral and across the region.
