LOOK at that smile ...

Could you give a forever home to the lovable Brock?

The five-year-old Lurcher has found himself at Dogs Trust Merseyside after a change in his owner’s circumstances meant he could no longer stay with them.

Brock was a much-loved dog and is a gentle boy who has had to cope with a lot of change recently, so the team are hoping he finds his forever home very soon so he can settle back into a lovely routine.

He is playful and has lots of energy which he loves to burn off with a morning run around the compounds at the rehoming centre.

Georgina Lowery, manager at Dogs Trust Merseyside, said: "Brock looks more like a small Greyhound than a Lurcher and he is gorgeous.

"He loves spending time with people and at the moment isn’t keen on being left alone, but we are sure that once he’s settled into his new home, he will be fine to snooze away a few hours when he’s had his exercise."

Brock would prefer to be the only dog in the home. He can live with children of secondary school age and staff say he will be a lovely, fun addition to any home.

If you think you could give Brock the forever he deserves, go to www.dogstrust.org.uk/rehoming to start the virtual adoption process.

Dogs Trust Merseyside holds Information Days every Sunday.

If you would like to take a tour of the centre, meet members of the team and see the dogs spending time with their canine carers, please go to www.dogstrust.org.uk/ourcentres to book a place.
