Man, 45, charged with murder of mu.m-of-three found at Leasowe flat
A 45 year-old man has tonight been charged with the murder of Wirral mum-of-three Helen Joy.
The 54-year-old's body was discovered at a property in Twickenham Drive, Leasowe on Monday.
Kevin Ashton, also of Twickenham Drive, was tonight charged with her murder.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
