NO further deaths with coronavirus have been recorded at Wirral hospitals, NHS England has confirmed today.
It means the total number of patients who have died with Covid-19 at Wirral University Teaching Hospital - which runs Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge - since the pandemic began stands at 394.
Nationally, a further 489 people, who tested positive for the virus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 56,069.
Patients were aged between 26 and 103 years old. All except 33 (aged 26 to 97 years old) had known underlying health conditions.
Date of death ranges from November 25 to January 10 with the majority being on or after January 8.
Their families have been informed.
