NEW tenants at a Warrington apartment block will receive a healthy treat when they move in.

Tenants looking to move into the executive apartments at Kings Court in the town centre will be given a nutritional boost from a new partnership between the property management company and Warrington Market.

James Peacock Property has signed their new tenants up to receive their first veg box delivery for free and it is hoped that they enjoy it so much they’ll continue to support the fresh suppliers that are almost literally on their doorstep.

Gerry Mason-Rolls, operations director, James Peacock Property, said: “Along with safe bike storage and whole building ventilation, Kings Court is a great location for people who want to live a more sustainable life and we think this new partnership is a great new enhancement for our tenants and supporting local”.

Kings Court is in a disused former office building on Scotland Road. The building has been converted into 32 loft-style flats in a £5m scheme.

Built by Emerald Bay Construction and situated above retail units including the East Orient Buffet Restaurant, Kings Court is comprised of a mix of one and two-bedroom flats.
