MERSEYSIDE Police have arrested four people and seized a large quantity of ‘ready to deal’ suspected crack cocaine and heroin from a premises in Oxton Road in Birkenhead.
A police spokesman tweeted that all those who had been arrested were in custody, and a few hours earlier cash (see pictures below) had been seized by police in an unrelated stop search in Harrowby Road.
