WHILE in Birkenhead Park yesterday as part of Operation Target police dispersed a group of youths throwing eggs at park users.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said on twitter that officers took the packet of eggs and traced it to a local general store, where staff were advised regarding responsible sales of items used to cause anti-social behaviour.
