A BOURNEMOUTH teenager has appeared in court for a drug offence, possessing an air gun and breaching a court order.
The 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at a youth court hearing at Poole Magistrates' Court on July 7.
He admitted having one gram of MDMA in his possession and a carbon dioxide powered air pistol in Poole on April 24.
The defendant also admitted breaching the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by the same court earlier this year after he failed to attend appointments.
Magistrates issued a new youth rehabilitation order whereby the boy must present to a responsible officer for 10 days and participate in activities.
He was also given an overnight curfew to remain at his home.
The bench ordered the payment of a £22 surcharge and for the drugs and air weapon to be forfeited and destroyed.
