FIREFIGHTERS were called out to rescue a pigeon caught on an aerial at property in Chester.
Shortly before 8.30pm last night (Tuesday, July 7) the crew were informed of a bird hanging from an aerial on a roof in Beaconsfield Street, Boughton.
Firefighters liaised with an RSPCA worker at the scene before using an aerial ladder platform to free the pigeon.
They were in attendance for about an hour and 15 minutes.
