A FITNESS suite is being kitted out with new gym equipment as well as mood lighting.
The suite, at Denbigh Leisure Centre, has undergone a refurbishment.
As part of the project, there will be more space and improved strength area.
Also being installed is a Skillrow, creating an outdoor rowing experience; a new Skillmill which is a curved treadmill; the Concept 2 Ski-erg which provides a full body workout; two new half racks which will be home to medicine balls, sandbags and kettlebells; two new Skillbikes, the first exercise bike to feature gears, and two Climb Stair masters.
Jamie Groves, managing director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, said: “We have used the closure period during the pandemic to upgrade the Denbigh Leisure fitness suite to ensure that when our customers come back they will have the very best equipment and space to workout.
“We are extremely proud of the standard of our facilities across the county and we are always looking to invest further in order to ensure we keep providing our customers with exceptional and unrivalled facilities that are excellent value for money.”
The fitness suite boasts new equipment

The new fitness suite is in the final stages of construction and will be ready for members when the official Government guidelines say that it is safe to open.
