Detectives investigating a stabbing in Moreton on Saturday have charged a man in connection with the incident.
At around 4.20pm on May 9, emergency services were called to Shackleton Road to calls of a man in his 20s being found with stab wounds to his head. Armed officers attended and detained a suspect nearby.
26-year-old Stephen Cooke of Mill Lane, Liscard has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent and has been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Adult Remand Court today (Monday, May 11).
