TWO people were arrested and cannabis plants seized by police who had been called out to reports of a domestic disturbance in Birkenhead.
Officers were called to reports of an incident at an address in Townsend Street, Birkenhead at around 1am on Sunday.
Once inside the property, police found 10 cannabis plants, cuttings and equipment.
A 38-year-old man from Bidston was arrested on suspicion of common assault and cannabis production.
He was released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
A 19-year-old woman from Bidston was arrested on suspicion of cannabis production.
She has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
