THE Light Up A Life switch-on for Wirral Hospice St John’s takes place this weekend.

Ten thousand lights will be switched on in memory of loved ones during what promises to be an emotional Globe-backed ceremony in the hospice gardens on Sunday, which is due to start at 5.30pm.

THE Sing Me Merseyside Choir, directed by Billy Hui, will feature in a Christmas concert at St Thomas' church in Seaview Road, Liscard this Friday (December 6) at 7.30pm.

Lifeline panto

LIFELINE Productions’ 30th anniversary pantomime Cinderella is staged at the Carlton Little Theatre in Grange Road West, Birkenhead from this Thursday to Sarurdaty (December 5-7).

Christmas show
