FESTIVE customers can get an extra helping hand with their shopping thanks to Liverpool ONE's Christmas Concierge.
Launched last year to help customers tick everything off their festive shopping lists, the service is back with a 10-strong team to lend their expertise this Christmas.
From signposting the best places for a festive gift to assisting with restaurant bookings, the team are there to help and can be found on Peter's Lane and Upper South John Street.
The service will run daily all the way through to Christmas Eve.
Customers are also invited to use Liverpool ONE’s free ‘hands-free’ shopping service where they can securely leave shopping bags and collect them before heading home.
Donna Howitt, marketing director at Liverpool ONE, said: “The festive season is well and truly underway in Liverpool, but the countdown to Christmas can leave some us spoilt for choice as we struggle to think of the perfect gifts for our loved ones and try to squeeze in all those festive social events.

“Our Christmas Concierge was a huge success last year and we found that shoppers really loved the chance to have that personal experience and get expert advice.
“This year’s service is bigger and better, so we’re looking forward to kicking it off and offering really practical ways of helping customers get the most out of their trip to the city centre, whether it’s for shopping, leisure or both!”
This year the shopping destination is offering plenty in festive fun with the arrival of the Polar Adventure, a magical land train experience that transports passengers to the North Pole for a ‘polar pop-party’.
There's also the return of much-loved favourites such as Bar Hutte – complete with festive ‘carol-oke’ – is also back underneath the iconic, 30 metre-tall Christmas tree on Paradise Street.
Donna added: “We’re incredibly proud of our calendar of events this year and feel there really is something for the whole family – the Polar Adventure is magical activity for young children, while the grow-ups love Bar Hutte and, of course, the Christmas Concierge have lots more advice and top tips to share for the whole family.”
