IN the last 12 months there have been 1,597 property sales across Wirral - but what homes are the most popular on the market?
Property website Zoopla has compiled the top ten most viewed properties in Wirral for the past 30 days - with the most popular being viewed 1,676 times throughout October and November.
The average house price in the borough is £222,405 while the average value of property comes in at £247,789.
Annabel Dixon, Zoopla spokeswoman said: “We’re a nation that’s passionate about property, even if we’re not necessarily on the hunt to buy or rent.
